the code can be clearly seen in the transition from one label the another. teenagers are not children or adults they are inbetween and although the code has created a new label i.e. teenagers they still dont fit firmly in code because there are other patrts of there 'personality' and 'identity' that haven't been classified yet. it is there choice to choose their profession, friendships/relationships, to be the funny girl or sporty boy.they have to force these other elements into the code. all research into teenagers have described a teenagers experiencieng: uncomfortableness; self-consciousness; emotional termoil; coping difficulties, these negative aspects continue. you must remember your adolescent years everyone knows it was a hard time of confusion. and you won't be suprised to know that concept of teenagers is only a western idea just like how the code mainly exists in the west. so of course its going to be hard to be aware code and have to position yourself in it when you are so radicall Other that there is no 'you' or 'I'. in this stage teenagers hate almost everything their is no end to the rage, and this clear link between hate and a label being forced upon us is why the western society is so hateful and uncontrolably violent. the only way to challenge the hate is to not force people to choose there label or be labelled at all. what good is this identity and percieved reality if we can't be free.
say no to I, be the Other

but are we looking at this from the wrong perspective, this time just shows how the hate generates from choosing what box we should be enclosed in, not that we haven't got a label.
